- On whistle, X1 vs X2 vs X3 to blue line
- Relays to X4 vs X5 vs X6 to red line
- Relays to X7 vs X8 vs X9 to far blue line
- First team to complete wins
- If missing players, first player goes twice

- Goalie coach at other end doing 1 on 1 with both goalies
