Description
Line Forwards up in opposite corners
Split D into 2 groups, position opposite to forwards in the corners
Coach blows whistle, forward in corner loops around circle and shoots then stops in front of the the net. The second forward passes puck to the D and goes to the front of the net.
D controls puck and moves into the shooting lane, once forward is in front of the net the D shoots
After shot the first Forward goes to hash marks to get a puck. Second forward (F2) then makes the center loop through the zone and gets the break out pass. F2 then goes in on D while F1 jumps into the play to create a 2 on 1. Coach F2 to shoot and F1 to go for a rebound.
During skate up the ice coach the forward to push the dot.
