Description

Forecheck Practice

Set up with 2 D in the zone and forwards along the blueline. Dump the puck in the zone and have strong side winger attack the puck carrier (F1 or rabbit), the center comes into to help (F2 or fox) while the weak side winger positions themselves above the puck near the hash marks. Walk through the drill slowly to establish positional play.

For first run through have D play with sticks upside down. Progress to blades down.
