Description

1. On whistle, 3 forwards and 2 D skate hard around centre ice circle. D has a slight headstart.
2. As they come around circle, coach shoots puck at goalie. Goalie plays puck into corner.
3. D tries to clear puck, while forwards forecheck to gain possession and create scoring opportunity.
