Description

Place 3 sticks in front of line 1 and 2. And 1 stick near the red line.
X1 & X2 go on coaches whistle. Point toes outside and move feet between sticks - quick and powerfull. Skate to red line and jump over stick while turning shoulder/body and land in a stopping position.
PLace 1 stick in front of line 3 and 4. Player faces side ways. On signal, cross outside skate over inside skate and stick to simulate crossover start. Skate to red line and perform a normal stop.

Notes: When stopping, players must maintain a strong body position with flex in knees.
