Zig Zag cone skating

Description

Players line up in the corner and skates the route indicated and stops and waits at far end. Coaches at each pylon watch for technique, give feedback, and allow player to continue or restart. As soon as the skater leaves the first Pylon the next skater begins.

Notes: Coach that starts each group at the end chooses stop and spray cone or tight turn. He also chooses which end to face on stops or direction around cone. Coach also determines if pucks are to be used.
