Defenceman W Drill

Description
1). D man start on the blue line skate forward towards the first cone, perform an open pivot and continue to skate forward around the cone. At the second cone perform a D man pivot and skate backwards to the third cone perform a forward pivot and skate out over the blue line quickly.
2). D man carries a puck the whole way
3). Coach and D man play catch with the puck as shown
Notes: Run the Drill both ways
Change the spacing on the cones
