Description

X and O start on whistle. Full speed drill. Skate around circle and full stop at blue line facing the far end of the rink. Quick start to middle pylon and pivot backwards, skate to near board and full stop. Forward skating to middle pylon, 360 around and full speed to blue line. Full stop and backward skating to near board and full stop. Once all players are done, transition backward to forward skating and vice versa.
