Description
This can either be used as a skill drill for the D or a bag skate
If doing a bag skate repeat 3x and then move to the other side for another 3x
If not doing a bag skate post a D in the middle of the ice and adjust the cones closer to the way so its a D to D pass. After you make the D to D pass stay in the middle and get pass from next D
