Description

1. D starts w/ puck at blue. Walk in and shoot.

2. Pivots at the hashmarks and gets a pass from the coach. Walks to the middle and shoots after cone.

3.Down to the bottom cone and pivot. Pick up rim from coach. Walk to the middle and shoot.

Notes: If you want it to be conditioning skate after third shot pick up puck and go through sequence again.
