Description

Moving between piles, D picks up the puck, head up, and finds the shooting lane between the nets.

2x each pile so they are moving at game speed.

Notes: Make sure the D are moving at game speed, working on getting their head up while they shoot.

Make sure they are taking both slapshots and wrists shots.
