Description

Forecheck Practice

Set up with 1 D in the zone and forwards and other D along the blueline. Have D start in the corner and wheel around the net. Forwards attack the puck in the formation shown above. D tries to skate the puck to the top of the circles. Forwards try to gain possession. If they gain possession then turn into a 4 on 1.
