Description

Goalie Starts on Post.
Coach diagonally Across slaps stick on ice.

Goalie comes out, cuts angle, goes down, gets up
then you shoot. After shot, find the other post, go back to it.
Then right out to the other Coach for the same thing.
Do it Twice then switch.

Start with low shots then go high.

Dont wait too long for them, if they are lazy and late, shoot it
