Description

Divide players into 4 groups, place each group at a face off dot and divide into 2 line ups.

Players go down ice passing back and forth (O9 and O11), when they reach the far side they pass to the next group who then passes back to them. The same pair then skates backwards while passing back and forth.

While the pair skates backwards a pair from the opposite side (O13 and O14) follows them passing forwards. When O13 and O14 reach O10 and O12 they execute the pass and then skate backwards to their end. O10 and O12 follow the same pattern as O9 and O11.
