Last Girl Standing

Description
Have all skaters get a puck and come to the area between the two bluelines. Have players warm up by skating around within the bluelines executing tight turns and avoiding other players. On whistle players try to knock other players puck outside of the neutral zone while maintaining control of their own puck. Once a players puck is knocked out they are out of the game. Play until there is one girl left.
Variations
- Have coaches also play
- Players that were eliminated can be sent back in to knock pucks out (particularly fun if they are sent in to target coaches)
- Coaches start without pucks and try to steal from other players. If a players puck is stolen then can steal from a coach or another player. At the end of the round players/coaches without puck can do squats, push ups....
- Progress to play within the center face off dot.
