Description

This is a basic 2 on 2 re-group with a pair of defensive partners.

F7 and F5 start on a 2 on 0. Making 1 to 2 passes before passing to either D1 or D2 for a re-group. When they re-group they go into the offensive end 2 on 0 take a shot and drive the net for a rebound. Both D will follow the play and recieve a pass from F8 and F6 (One at a time) the D will take a shot with the 2 F still in front of the net for a screen and rebound.

Alternate from both ends of the ice.
