Description

Two teams line up and wait for a coach to start.
When player wins possession of the ball he CAN'T move!! Player in possession has 5 seconds to pass ball to a teammate or a turnover occurs.
Defensive players must give some room to pass(M length)
Players must pass ball down to opposite end zone and hit the cone to gain a point. Game stops and starts back in face off zone.

Missed or drop passes are play on! Once full control is gained coach will announce team colour and begin quickly
