Description

This is a fast pace drill:
1. On the coaches whistle F1 passes to D1.
2. Both forwards skate forward F1 recieves a pass back from D1 and goes in for a shot.
3. F2 Swings around the centre circle for a pass from D2.
4. D2 on the whistle starts on the blue line skates to the red line, transitions to backward skating picks up a puck and passes to the swinging F2 around the centre circle.
5. Both D follow the play into the offensive zone.
6. Both forwards take a shot on net then drive to the corner for a puck, pass it to the D for a shot and then drive the net for a screen.
