Description
Drill Starts on the Whistle.
Coach places a puck on the centre ice red line
F starts on the whistle and skates around the circle picking up the puck in the neutral zone.
D starts when F picks up the puck.
F tries to beat D 1 on 1.
D starts backwards to the middle and turns and drives toward near post.
