Description

1. Drill begins with 3 forwards battling 3 other forwards.
2. As soon as one team gains possession, they must pass the puck back to the d-man
3. They must then rush back and regroup around pylons.
4. The team that lost the battle rushes back to the coach and the next three defenders are sent out. They must tag up to the net. This gives the offense time to regroup and attack.
5. The D man skates through the quiet zone and makes a pass to the forwards and joins the attack.
6. The forwards must make one additional pass before entering the zone.
7. The next d-man is sent out.
