Description

Players pair up. X1 skates with the puck towards X2 who is stationnary with stick on ice in front of himself. X1 passes the puck between X2 stick and skates. X1 skates around X2 and returns to original position and passes puck to X2, who performs the same drill.
Progression
Players line up in corner. Players zig zag through cones skating back towards net. C is positioned in front of net with stick in front of him. Player slides puck between C's stick and skates and goes in for shot.

Notes: Players should deke from forehand & backhand.
