Description

Forwards line up behind pylons and look for coach to signal who rushes or if both rush. Coach passes puck and the 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 starts. All continue to battle until whistle blows. Forwards return to opposite line and D to their line down the boards out of the drill. Goalies switch on command from goalie coach.
