On whistle...

X2 performs a delay, passes to X1, who is timing move into O-zone.
X1 shoots.
X2 continues to far end, timing entry to receive pass from X3, who has started on original pass.
Drill is continuous.

Notes: Have both sides go together once timing is understood.
