Race for the Puck (Simple)

Description

Competition drill to be the first one to get to a loose puck in the slot to take a shot on goal. Trailing player becomes the backcheker.

Notes: Players switch sides with each repetition. Alternate execution: players skate backwards to the neutral zone before pivoting forward around the cone to chase the loose puck.
