Race for the Puck (3-Cone Transitions)

Description

Competition drill to be the first one to get to a loose puck for a shot on goal. Trailing player becomes the backcheker. Players begin in their respective corners, skating forward to a cone in the neutral zone, pivoting backwards to a cone down low, then pivoting forward to a second cone in the neutral zone.
