Description

F1 starts play by passing to D1.
F1 then does loop around far pylons.
D1 and D2 do stops and starts between red and blue line passing back and forth to each other.
After three passes from each defender, D2 passes the puck to F1 on the swing.
F1 battles D1 1 on 1.
Play whistle to whistle.
D2 replaces D1 and F1 goes to opposite side to start drill over once the remaining forwards have gone.

Notes: Can be done as 2 on 1 and 3 on 1.
During 3 on 1, have one winger start from opposite side and make sure they have their heads up on the swing.
