Full Line Breakout to 5 on 2

Description
Set up - Position 2 D and forward line on blueline. Position another 2 D on opposite blueline.
1. Coach dumps puck in
2. D and line go in, retrieve puck and execute a breakout.
3. Teach puck carrier to drive wide on D (in diagram above C drives wide around RD2)
4. Next forward (in diagram LW) fills in center lane but could also be RW depending on how close they are to the center
5. 3rd forward trails play and sets up as F3 in offensive zone
6. Tech puck carrier following decision tree - drive wide and go for shot, if not available look for pass to supporting forward, if pass not available chip into corner
Notes
1. LD1 and RD1 follow play and set up in offensive zone
2. Start defenders (RD2 and LD2) with sticks up or no sticks at all.
3. Play until goal, goalie covers or out of play
