Description

Players come out of one corner, 2 in sequence and take a shot.
Follow shot to net, look for tip of 2nd and 3rd shot.
3rd forward passes up to D1, who then does a D to D to D4.
D4 shoots, F1, F2, F3 all battle for rebound.


Coach starts them the other way on 3 on 2 with remaining defence.
When done, resume on the other side.

Switch sides when done.
