Description

D at bottom of circle with puck
On whistle- d move to top with puck pivots to backward- to bottom- pivots to forward and uses net to cut up middle.
Forwards take long lap around center and come back into zone down the middle. D passes to forward and follow up play hard. Forward goes down for shot and sets for tip/screen. D gets puck off boards and walks to center for shot.
