Description

Divide players into 4 lines and line up at one end of the ice at the goal line as shown.
Set up a series of gates (2 pylons placed roughly 3-4ft apart)

Have players execute a series of races through the gates
1. Skate right through the gates and execute a tight turn and return
2. Have players execute figure 8 tight turns
3. Have players execute figure 8 tight turns with a puck
4. Have players go out in groups of 2 and execute passes through each gate

Run each variation as a race with losing teams having to do pushups, jumping jacks....
