Description

4 v 2 in one end
Position an (Triangle1) player behind the goal line, this player cannot come past the goal line but no other player can come into this zone. Position another player (Triangle2) at the blue line who can move along the blueline with no interference. Now place two X's (X1, X2) and two O's (O1, O2) in the zone, X1, X2 are trying to score and O1, O2 are defending. Teach X1, X2 to use the bumper players (triangles) and move within the zone to get open. Teach triangles to move along the line to look for an open pass.

Run 30-40 second shifts and switch players.

Can run in one end as a station or in both ends.
