Description

Players begin on the whistle and skate to first cone making a full stop facing the center circle. Players skate to second cone a make a full stop facing center circle. Players skate around the 3rd cone and stop at the 1st cone facing boards. Players skate to 2nd cone and stop facing boards. Players make thier way back to the end of the line.

Notes: Have players make full stops in a hockey stance position.
Have players start after 1st stop
