Description

Station 1 - Players are seperated into 2 teams and play a game using a basketball and throwing it into the net. The ball is not to leave the ice and players must crouch down and keep thier head up

STation 2 - Players play a real game using a puck but are zoned in offence and defence roles Only offensive players can score. players switch position after every goal

Station 3 - Players play a modified game with their sticks turned over and a Large Tennis ball.
