Description
Station 1 (James)- Offence/Defence.. This drill is a zoned game. Players are seperated into OFF and DEF tactics.Players are not allowed to cross the line. Players need to hit the cone to score. Once a goal is scored teams change positions and start again.
Station 2 (Laffs) - Battleship.. players line up behind line and shoot balls at opposite cones. Players are not allowed to stop balls from hitting cones. Once all cones have been knocked over start game over.
Station 3 (Dean)- Players skate around cone and receive a pass from the coach. Players receive a pass and continue on with a shot on net. Players then return to line. If they miss the net its 5x pushups
Station 4 (Jeff)- Players skate around cones with a puck and shoot on net. If they miss the net its 5x pushups. Make sure players are controlling puck and getting a good shot off.
