X skates with puck and passes to Coach.

X proceeds to skate up to border, pivots, skates backwards around border, pivots and skates forward

Coach returns pass back to X

X saktes in and shoots on goal

Switch sides after 5-7 min

Notes: Be sure to stagger lines so that Goalie does not get 2 shots at once
