Defenceman Breakout Drill

Description
Basic Defenseman Breakout Drill. Players begin lined up at the neutral zone face-off dots with one outlet player lined up at boards along the half wall. One at a time, players skates backwards to a cone in the zone then pivot/transition forward to gather a puck in the corner shot in by the coach. Player retreives the puck as quickly as possible and headmans to the outlet player who carries the puck out of the zone. The player then waits to be the outlet player for the next man in.
