Description

Whistle starts two players from each line.
1. skates inside first tire and outside second tire before shooting from angle.
2. goes cross ice, performing give and go with Coach, then drives outside tire before shooting from an angle.
3 and 4 begin on next whistle. Head coach will blow whistle when 2 reaches centre red line.
Progression:
Add 1 vs 1 component…D1 passes to X2 then gaps up to play O2 1 vs 1.

Notes: good drill for big numbers.
