Description

First Whistle , X attacks along goal-line and move to front of net .
Second whistle O attacks around dot and continues to front of net
Third whistle D gets pass from corner and shoots while X&O deflect and put in rebound.
Fourth whistle D skates backwards through Neutral zone and recovers loose puck dumped by coach , forwards regroup - 5 foot support - and attack 2 on 0 until last whistle
FIFTH WHISTLE , D man supporting play gets pass from corner and forward postion for screen , deflection rebound .
