Description

Players are divided into four even teams. Within their teams, they are seperated into 2 more groups. On the whistle, players skate forwards with puck on stick. Here we want players to learn how to skate one handed carrying puck. Once players reach blue line they male a pass to next player in line. Once player receives pass then they may begin skating towards next line. All players must return to the line they have started then kneel on one knee..Continue drill until there is a winner

Notes: Players skate with one hand, two hands in hockey stance or stickhandling. Players are not to push puck ahead and skate to puck
