1 on 1 Forward vs. Defenseman w/ Breakout

Description

Forwards line up along the wall on the blueline, defencemen line up down low below the goal line on the opposite side. On the coach's whistle, the defenseman skates with the puck behind the net looking for the forward for a breakout pass. Meanwhile, the forward skates down to the halfwall to be in position for an outlet pass. After receiving the pass, the forward skates with the puck up the boards and circles around a neutral zone cone. The defenseman also skates up ice pivoting around an inner cone in the neutral zone. Forward then goes one-on-one against the defenseman down the slot to try to score.
