Description

A. Players form a line in corner. In waves of 3 players, they skate around all 5 circles. Go twice, then add pucks.

B. With group of 3 players, players skate into fist circle and protect the puck from other members of his group. On C's whistle the group moves to other cicle and second group moves in.
