Description

teams start on the red line. On the whistle they skate hard to the blue line and perform a stop. WAIT FOR THE WHISTLE. make sure every player has stopped. on whistle, skate to red line, Next team skates to blue line and stop. Repeat whistles and stops until all teams and all players are at the other end.
Repeat coming back.
