Description

On whistle X skates a few strides and passes to D who started at Center ice and skates backwards to receive pass.

D stops at blue line and begins to start skating forward.

In parallel, both X players loop around the D and initiate a 2-0 up the ice.

D hits X with a pass and the two X's go in for 2-0 with a shot

Notes: Be sure the D skates with puck backwards and then continues with forward movement up the ice. You do not want the D standing around while X is looping around
