Description

BLACK

Basic Drill controlled with two whistles.
1. First whistle starts D1 moving toward F1.
2. Second whistle starts F1 attacking far end with D1 transitioning to backward skating.

BLUE

Advanced Drill where D reacts to puck instead of whistle.
1.D4 backs away from line, two touch with D5.
2. D5 immediately passes to F4.
3. F4 attacks D4 length of ice.
