Chaffin Circle and Iron Cross

Description

#1 Circle
1) X1 takes puck and skate around circle and then up ice wide and takes a shot. X2 goes as soon as X1 gets to bottom of circle.

#2 Iron Cross

1) X1 Skates to dot and leaves puck just in front of it.
2) at dot X1 crosses over all the way to slot side of the circle then all the way back over to the wall and back to the dot.
3) When X1 gets to slot side of circle on crossovers X2 starts.
4) X1 gets back to do grabs puck and skates to top of circle, stops and skates backwards to dot with puck.
5) X1 skates up ice out wide and shoots.

Notes: Variation Coach or players at far blueline pass to X1 as he comes up ice.
