Puck Protection and Center Pass

Diagrams

Description

Coach start by dumping a puck into either corner. F1 positioned on that side of the ice retreives puck, D engages. F1 must protect the puck from D staying in the corner zones. F1 can maneuver to either side of ice. F2 mirrors play setting up for one time pass at any time.

After a given period of time coach blows whistle and F1 must make a pass to F2 for one timer.

Notes: If D gets puck he shoots out of zone, coach can throw in a new puck or end drill with whistle.

Can make it a two on two drill as well.
