Description

Split the team into 2 lines in opposite corners, in opposite ends. Players leave on the whistle, and skate forward through the cone course with a puck and shoot on the net. Players to get into the other line when done.

Second progression is to have players skate forward, transition backward at the first cone, skate backward to the second cone and transition back to forward and repeat the pattern ending with a shot on net.
