Description

Players line up in the neutral zone, skating backwads accross ice. After transitioning around a cone along the far boards, players receive a pass from the coach and head to another cone along the near boards. Players turn tightly around that cone, then anothe cone at center ice befoer shooting at the goalie from the slot.
