Description

Player starts out from behind net, skates to and makes tight turn around 1st pylon, receives pass from coach and one times shot at net.Continues around next pylon and back around 1st pylon in a figure 8 before skating around 3rd pylon and receiving a 2nd pass from coach and shooting a 2nd time on net. Player finishes figure 8 pattern and goes back to corner.

Notes: Empahasize foot movement,and discourage player from handling the puck.Have player call for pass.
Can add passing from other side of net as well once players progress.
