Description
ZONE 1-Give & Go
X1 bank passes to X2 on point and follows up around circle & gets return pass.Drives through seam and shoots on goal OR makes a give & go pass to coach before shooting on goal. Do from both corners.
ZONE 2-Neutral Zone D pass
Coach softly passes off boards, while d backs up,pivots and picks up puck,turns to MIDDLE of ice and makes pass to D3.Returns to coach and does the same again,this time passing to D4. Third time D2 backs up for support and receives the pass from D1 before making pass to D4.
ZONE 3-Offensive triangle down low. One coach with 1 line explaining triangle with player behind net.(Jeff).Alternate with forward lines from Zone 1 drill.
